For anyone living on their own, without regular interaction from family members, they are often left feeling alone and neglected. Our service is designed to make them feel secure in knowing they have a daily call to check on them regularly to ensure their well-being.
Our checkup calls can be made by live callers or our proprietary auto-call system. Automated calls are made every day while live calls are made Monday-Friday.
Automated calls use a pre-recorded voice asking the user to press 1 to check-in. If we can't reach the callee with a couple of calls, we'll notify your contacts (or follow whatever instructions you've provided).
Monitored Check-In is for those who do not wish to talk but want the security of checking in with someone each day. This service allows you to text, email, or call us and leave a brief check-in message to let us know you are okay.
Check-ins are monitored as they come in. If we don't receive your check-in message by 5 PM Pacific Time (8 PM Eastern Time), we will send you a reminder via text, email, or phone. You will then have a couple of hours to respond. If we don’t hear back from you, we'll give you a call. And If we still can’t reach you, we will notify your contacts (or follow whatever instructions you've provided). Don’t worry, we will give you plenty of time and multiple opportunities to respond before notifying your contacts.
Reminders are for those need some sort of daily reminder, but struggle with apps and technology. We offer a simple alternative: reminder phone calls.

Should I choose the automated or live caller system?
Automated systems are best when safety is the goal or you're looking for a more affordable system. Our auto-call system is more reliable, more secure, and faster at notifying contacts than any human caller could be. On the other hand, if you want a touch of social contact, our live options are likely to be better suited for you.
What happens if I don't answer my checkup calls?
We'll call you up to 3 times, with 20 minutes in-between calls. If we still can't reach you we'll notify your registered contacts (if available) or if you've allowed us, we'll notify non-emergency law enforcement to perform a welfare check.
What if I'm out of town?
If you need to pause your calls, let us know, and we'll put your account pause for the planned time frame.
Does the same person call everyday
For automated calls, you'll always get a call from the same number. For live calls, we do our best to have the same person call you, but cannot guarantee it.
How many calls can I schedule per day?
As many as you want. By default, pricing is set up for 1 call per day. If you'd like more, call us at (619) 564-2840 and we'll figure out a custom plan.
